Live Poultry Agreement definition

Live Poultry Agreement means any formal or informal agreement or understanding, and any amendment, addendum or renewal of any such agreement or understanding, for the services of an Independent Poultry Grower who raises, grows, or cares for live chickens (including pullets, breeder chickens, by-product chickens, and broilers), including under a poultry growing arrangement within the meaning of Section 2(a)(9) of the Packers and Stockyards Act, 7 U.S.C. § 182(9).

Related to Live Poultry Agreement

  • Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.

  • Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Transition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.8.1.

  • MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.
