LNG Service definition

LNG Service means the service of the liquefaction, storage and Dispensing of LNG from the LNG Facilities, and includes Long-Term LNG Service, Short-Term LNG Service and Spot LNG Service. LNG Service has the meaning set out in section 3;

Examples of LNG Service in a sentence

  • Together with the invoice, the utilization rate of the LNG Services and a detailed summary table per performed LNG Service shall be communicated, particularly including the gas allocation and measurement results.

  • If the LNG Service has a duration of less than thirty (30) Days, the Shipper shall pay to the Terminal Operator at the latest on the date of subscription of the LNG Service, the expected invoice amount (VAT included).

  • Each LNG Service subscribed by Shipper under this LSA shall have a Service Term as set out in the relevant Services Confirmation.

  • The LNG Service shall automatically end at the end date set out in the Services Confirmation.

  • Any LNG Service provided by Terminal Operator to Shipper under this LSA shall also be governed by the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the LNG Access Code (the “AC”) as approved by the XXXX.

  • Any LNG Service provided by Terminal Operator to Client under this LTL shall also be governed by the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the Access Code for LNG Truck Loading (the “ACTL”) as approved by the XXXX.

  • Each LNG Service subscribed by Client under this LTL shall have a Service Term as set out in the relevant Service Confirmation Form.

  • If the period during which such LNG Service may be suspended or reduced as a result of a single or series of Force Majeure Event is estimated to be equal to or less than twenty- four (24) Months, Shipper may within thirty (30) Days of receipt of the notice herein give notice to Terminal Operator that it disputes the estimated period during which such LNG Service may be suspended or reduced.

  • Any LNG Service provided by Terminal Operator to Shipper under this LTA shall also be governed by the procedures, rules and regulations contained in the LNG Access Code (the “AC”) as approved by the XXXX.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, unless relieved by another provision of this LSA , the Monthly Capacity Charge is payable irrespective of whether Shipper actually uses the LNG Service it has subscribed via the Services Confirmation for that Month.

LNG Service means one or more of the following services:

Related to LNG Service

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • alerting service means a service provided to notify appropriate organisations regarding aircraft in need of search and rescue aid, and assist such organisations as required;

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Paging service means a telecommunications service that provides transmission of coded radio signals for the purpose of activating specific pagers, which may include messages or sounds.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • 900 service means an inbound toll telecommunications service purchased by a subscriber that allows the subscriber's customers to call in to the subscriber's prerecorded announcement or live service, and which is typically marketed under the name "900 service" and any subsequent numbers designated by the federal communications commission. "900 service" does not include the charge for collection services provided by the seller of the telecommunications service to the subscriber, or services or products sold by the subscriber to the subscriber's customer.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
