Loan Base Report definition

Loan Base Report. On or before the 15th day of each month, or as provided and/or required in accordance with Schedule DD, a Loan Base Report in a form acceptable to Bank signed by the President or Chief Financial Officer of Borrowers, as appropriate.
Loan Base Report has the meaning described in Section 6.1.2 (Loan Base Report).
Loan Base Report. On or before the forty-fifth (45th) day after the end of each quarter, a Loan Base Report in a form acceptable to Bank signed by the President, Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer of the Borrower, reflecting any changes in the Eligible Equipment and the Availability.

More Definitions of Loan Base Report

Loan Base Report means a report on the Bank's standard form, or in a form otherwise acceptable to Bank, to be prepared, signed, dated and delivered by Borrower in accordance with Bank's instructions, and submitted to Bank by Borrower at specified intervals and/or occasions, and detailing pertinent information as regards the Eligible Equipment, the outstanding aggregate principal balance on the Guidance Notes, the Guidance Line of Credit balance, and the Availability.
Loan Base Report. As provided and/or required in accordance with Schedule DD a Loan Base Report in a form acceptable to Bank signed by the president, chief financial officer, general partner, or manager (or members), or other authorized officer of Borrower, as appropriate.

Other Information: Such other information as the Bank may from time to time reasonably request. 3.09.
