Loan Sheet definition

Loan Sheet means the statement provided on the Platform that contains the relevant terms specific to the Debt Instrument (as indicated on the Letter of Offer) and information related to the Borrower;
Loan Sheet means the statement provided on the Platform that contains the relevant terms specific to the Debt Note and information related to the Borrower;
Loan Sheet means the form setting out the commercial terms of the Loan described in Section 12.8., which is an integral part of the Loan Agreement;

Examples of Loan Sheet in a sentence

  • The Investors herein agree that SmartFunding shall receive a commission of 20% (or such other percentage as set forth in the Loan Sheet) of the aggregate interest and/or other fees received on the repayment of the Investment Amounts.

  • Upon receiving such notice, SmartFunding shall publish to the Platform the Borrower’s Loan Request together with the relevant Loan Sheet.

  • From the date of this Agreement through the Project Loan Maturity Date, Lender may approve Advances under such Project Loan for the payment and/or reimbursement of costs for the construction of the A&D Improvements in accordance with the Allocations set forth in the A&D Budget approved specified in said Project Loan Sheet.

  • Investors shall keep as confidential any Confidential Information concerning the Debt Instruments or Borrowers it receives through the Platform, including through the Loan Sheet, or through any other documentation, including the Master Agreement and/or the Appendix.

  • Upon the expiration of the Reopening Period, if the total Offered funds from all Investors continues to remain below 70% (or any such percentage as set forth in the Loan Sheet) of the amount of the Debt Instrument, Clause 5.2.5(a) shall apply.

  • Investors agree that they will be entitled to earn interest on the Debt Instrument including the Applicable Interest and Late Payment Interest (if applicable) as stated in the Loan Sheet.

  • In addition, during the Reopening Period, any other Investor on the Platform shall be able to make a Purchase Offer and commit Offered Funds to purchase the Debt Instrument, subject always to Clause5.3. Upon the expiration of the Reopening Period, if the total Offered funds from all Investors continues to remain below 70% (or any such percentage as set forth in the Loan Sheet) of the amount of the Debt Instrument, Clause 5.4.3(a) shall apply.

  • Investors are advised to review the Master Agreement and the Loan Sheet and understand the risks inherent in making the investment.

  • The Company is currently conducting operations and it has never been a “shell company”.

Related to Loan Sheet

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Loan Sale Agreement means the Commercial Loan Sale Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Originator and the Trust Depositor, as such agreement may be amended, modified, waived, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Advance Request Form A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Mortgage Loan Package Each pool of Mortgage Loans, which shall be purchased by the Purchaser from the Seller from time to time on each Closing Date.

  • Loan Terms means and refers collectively to (a) all the terms and conditions set out in the Application Form, (b) these General Terms and Conditions, and (d) all terms and conditions specified in the other Loan Documents.

  • Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Seller and the Depositor, regarding the transfer of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to or at the direction of the Depositor, substantially in the form of Exhibit D annexed hereto.

  • Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of February 14, 2020, between the Borrower, as borrowers, and the Original Lenders, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Loan List means the Loan List provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Custodian, as set forth in Schedule II hereto (which shall include the specific documents that should be included in each Loan File), as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Loan Purchase Agreement The Loan Purchase Agreement described in the Recitals to this Agreement, which Loan Purchase Agreement incorporates the terms of the Aurora Loan Services Seller Guide, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Each of CREFI, GACC and JPMCB, and their respective successors in interest.

  • Collateral Pool means all of the Collateral.

  • Lease-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by an individual for personal, family or household purposes, for an initial period of four months or less, that is automatically renewable with each payment after the ini- tial period, but does not obligate or require the consumer to continue leasing or using the property beyond the initial period, and that permits the consumer to become the owner of the property.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Advance Date means the funding date of any Advance.
