Local Area Resident definition

Local Area Resident means any Stockton Resident or any individual domiciled within the boundaries of San Joaquin County according to the criteria set forth in Stockton Municipal Code Section 3.68.095(1)(3) for Stockton Residents.
Local Area Resident as used in this Agreement means a qualified person whose principal residence is located within the territory covered by the zip codes contained in Appendix B to this Agreement in priority order.
Local Area Resident means residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ counties.

  • It shall be the responsibility of each qualified Local Area Resident to provide the Unions with proof of his/her status as an Eligible Veteran.
