Local Assistant definition

Local Assistant means the Tire €hief, Acting €hief, Depvty €hief, or the responsible mvnicipal, provincial, or federal official with legal avthority for controlling the svbject referred to, which inclvdes, withovt restricting the generality thereof, mvnicipal Tire Prevention Officers and Tire Inspectors;

Local Assistant means the local assistant of the Fire Commissioner who has jurisdiction in the Town;

• The Fire Chief or any other Local Assistant to the Fire Commissioner shall prepare and maintain records and reports on each fire inspection performed, and these records and reports shall be made available to the building owner, occupant or occupier.

Local Assistant means a local assistant as described in the Fire Prevention Act, Chapter F-11, R.S.P.E.I. 1988.
