Local Facility means any of them.
Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.
Local Loop refers to a transmission facility between the main distribution frame [cross-connect], or its equivalent, in a Sprint Central Office or wire center, and up to the demarcation point (e.g. Network Interface Device) at a customer’s premises, to which CLEC is granted exclusive use. This includes all electronics, optronics and intermediate devices (including repeaters and load coils) used to establish the transmission path to the customer premises. Local loops include copper loops, hybrid loops, FTTH loops, DS1 loops, DS3 loops and Dark Fiber Loops.
Local Facility Provider means HSBC Trinkaus & Xxxxxxxxx XX, Deutsche Bank AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd., Thailand, Bank of America, N.A., Canada Branch, FIA Card Services, N.A., Citibank N.A., Citibank (China) Co., Ltd., Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., Integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex, Bank of America, N.A., provided in each case it has become a party to, or by execution of an additional bank secured party acknowledgment has agreed to be bound by the terms of, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement in its capacity as local facility provider.

Local content means that portion of the bidding price which is not included in the imported content provided that local manufacture does take place.
Local Facility Agreements means any agreement under which a Local Facility is made available.
Local Traffic means traffic (excluding Commercial Mobile Radio Service “CMRS” traffic) that is originated and terminated within Embarq’s local calling area, or mandatory extended area service (EAS) area, as defined by the Commission or, if not defined by the Commission, then as defined in existing Embarq Tariffs. For this purpose, Local Traffic does not include any ISP-Bound Traffic.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.
Local Calling Area is a geographically defined area as established by the effective tariffs of CenturyLink as approved by the Commission.
