Passenger Fare definition

Passenger Fare shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 21.1 of this Agreement.
Passenger Fare means the revenue earned from carrying a passenger in regularly scheduled service.
Passenger Fare means a ticket for travel on a Common Carrier which has been completely charged to the Account.

  • The Operator shall not in any way cause any interference in the process of collection of Passenger Fare and shall fully co-operate and facilitate the process of Passenger Fare collection undertaken by the Authority though itself or a third party including allowing any personnel such as a conductor to collect such Passenger Fares on the Contracted Buses.

  • Funding for the Services being provided under this Agreement and any individual Task Orders may be derived from State Funds, including the Public Mass Transit Funds and State Sales Tax, Local Funds through the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Property Tax, and Passenger Fare Revenue.

  • The transit services provided under this contract will be part of the Miami-Dade County Transit system, therefore, customers will be charged in accordance with the Miami-Dade Transit Passenger Fare Structure, with the exception of specific areas, to be indicated by the County, where service will be free of charge.
