Local Fee definition

Local Fee means: (a) the activity and service, health, and athletic fees authorized in Section 1009.24(9) – (12), Florida Statutes, charged by a State University; or (b) the student activity and service fee authorized in Section 1009.23, Florida Statutes, and charged by a Florida College. The technology fee authorized in Section 1009.23(10), Florida Statutes, charged by a Florida College is also covered by Local Fee Plans purchased after July 1, 1999.
Local Fee means a fee adopted by a city or governing body of a Local Public Health Authority adopted by an ordinance to be paid by a retailer. ¶
Local Fee means: (a) the activity and service, health, and athletic fees authorized in s. 1009.24(9) – (12), F.S., charged by a State University; or (b) the student activity and service fee authorized in s. 1009.23, F.S., and charged by a Florida College. The technology fee authorized in s. 1009.23(10), F.S., charged by a Florida College is also covered by Local Fee Plans purchased after July 1, 1999.

Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Nominal fee means a fee that reasonably reimburses a municipality only for time spent and expenses incurred in:

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
