Local SBE definition

Local SBE means a business certified as a small business enterprise pursuant to Chapter 323 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code by the city of Cincinnati’s office of contract compliance, or its successor office, and that also meets the definition oflocal business” established in Section 321-1-L.
