Locate(s) definition

Locate(s) or “Locating” means the process of determining the presence of any Facilities at a Work Extent/Location and determining and Marking the locations or routes of any such Facilities performed in accordance with the Guide and this Agreement;

Locate(s) means markings on the ground made by the owner or operator of underground infrastructure indicating the location of its underground infrastructure; and providing to the Excavator a written document containing information respecting the location of the underground infrastructure

Locate(s) means any ticket requiring over 60-minutes of locate time spent locating Owner's underground facilities or combination of multiple tickets by the same Excavator associated with the same excavation that would require multiple trips for locate services.

Locate(s) of Borrowable Securities

Locate(s) has the meaning set out in Article 14;

Locate(s) or “Locating” means the process of determining the presence of any Plant at a Work Extent/Location and determining and Marking the locations or routes of any such Plant performed in accordance with the Guide and this Agreement;

Locate(s) means the process of providing Locate Services in response to an Excavator’s notice of intent to excavate, and such Locate Services provided by USIC in accordance with this Contract. As used in this Contract, Locate(s) include(s) “Project Locate”, as defined herein after, where applicable in accordance with the definition of “Project Locate” hereunder.

Locate(s) means the process by which the physical location of existing underground utilities are determined;

Locate(s) of Borrowed Securities (Not Applicable to Cash Accounts). To the extent that ICBCFS provides a “locate” to you in con- nection with a short sale, you acknowledge that this is simply an indication that, as of the time the locate is obtained, it appears that securi- ties will be available for borrowing on the settlement date. A locate is not a guarantee that securities will actually be available for lending and delivery on the settlement date or that the lender will not thereafter require the return of the borrowed securities. If securities sold short by you are not available for borrowing for any reason by the settlement date, in addition to its other remedies, IC- BCFS may, without further notice to you, buy-in the securities that were not timely delivered and you will be responsible for all Losses and costs of the buy-in. .
