London Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Europe Limited.

London Agent means X.X.Xxxxxx Europe Limited, in its capacity as London agent for the Lenders hereunder, or any successor appointed in accordance with Article VIII.

London Agent means Chase Manhattan International Limited.
