Long Session definition

Long Session means the regular annual session of the Legislative Assembly beginning in an odd-numbered year under section 10(1)(a), Article IV of the Oregon Constitution.

"Rate Center" identifies 1) the specific geographic point identified by specific vertical and horizontal (V&H) coordinates, which are used to measure distance sensitive End User Customer traffic to/from the particular NPA-NXX designations with the specific Rate Center, and

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • PAD means a Preauthorized Debit.

  • Public vessel ’ means a vessel owned or bareboat chartered and operated by the United States, by a State or political subdivision thereof, or by a foreign nation, except when such vessel is engaged in commerce;

  • Residence in foreclosure or “affected residence” means residential real property consisting of one to four family dwelling units, one of which the owner occupies as the owner’s principal place of residence, where a delinquency or default on any loan payment or debt is secured by or attached to the residential real property including but not limited to contract for deed payments, real estate contracts, or real estate taxes.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Alcohol abuse means any pattern of pathological use of alcohol that causes impairment in social or occupational functioning, or that produces physiological dependency evidenced by physical tolerance or by physical symptoms when it is withdrawn.

  • Container means any portable device in which a material is stored, transported, treated, disposed of, or otherwise handled.

  • Hosting or “Hosted” means the storing of software applications on a hosting provider’s servers, allowing customers to access a software solution or application through the internet.
