Long Term Casual definition

Long Term Casual means an Employee employed as such who has continuous employment with the Employer for more than 1 year on a regular and systematic basis and there is an expectation that the employment shall continue.

More Definitions of Long Term Casual

Long Term Casual means a Member of the bargaining unit hired for a continuous period of employment of ten (10) days to a period of up to one (1) year in the same assignment to replace a Member absent, or on leave of absence.
