Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.
Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.
Lot Size means the number Underlying Assets in one Lot in a CFD.
Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:
Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines. (See illustration page at end of Section.)
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
Bathroom and tile cleaner means a product designed or labeled to clean tile or surfaces in bathrooms. “Bathroom and Tile Cleaner” does not include “Toilet/Urinal Care Product.”
Lot number or “batch number” means a distinctive group of numbers, letters, or symbols or any combination of these that is unique to a group of cannabis goods.
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2
Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.
Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;
Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
HDPE means high density polyethylene;
Standard Agreement Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual contract counterpart.
LEA means a local education agency, including local school boards/public school districts, charter schools, and, for purposes of this rule, the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
GAC20 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 20 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 240 days.
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:
LOT, THROUGH means a lot bounded on opposite sides by a street.
