Lot Development Plan definition

Lot Development Plan means the plan described in Article 5.01 and attached hereto as Schedule “G”;
Lot Development Plan means (i) a site plan prepared by an Indiana registered land surveyor or civil engineer; (ii) foundation plan and proposed finished floor elevations; (iii) building plans, including elevation and floor plans; (iv) material plans and specifications; (v) landscaping plan, and (vi) all other data or information that the Architectural Review Board may request with respect to the improvement or alteration of a Lot (including but not limited to the landscaping thereof) or the construction or alteration of a Residence or other structure or improvements thereof.
Lot Development Plan means a group of written plans for development and construction of a Lot or Improvement upon a Lot pursuant to Article II, Section 2 of the Declaration and the Village Gardens Architectural Standards.

Examples of Lot Development Plan in a sentence

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
