Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund definition

Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund means the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund established with respect to the Merged Area Redevelopment Project all in accordance with Sections 33334.2 et seq. and 33487 of the Law.
Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund is defined in Recital K. “Mandated Payment” is defined in the Financing Plan.
Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund means the fund of the Successor Agency by that name established pursuant to Section 33334.3 of the Law.
