Loyalty Program Participant definition

Loyalty Program Participant means (a) a financial institution or other Person that is a party to any card agreement with a Credit Party or (b) any other Person (i) to which a Credit Party or any of its Affiliates sells, leases or otherwise transfers Currency in connection with any Carrier Loyalty Program, including partner airline, co-branded card, hotel and car rental partners, (ii) that provides goods, services or other consideration to Loyalty Program Members in exchange for, or redemption of, Currency or (iii) that, in connection with the provision of goods, services or other consideration by such Person to Loyalty Program Members or the use of the services of such Person by Loyalty Program Members, such Person offers Currency to such Loyalty Program Members or provides any Credit Party (or any Affiliate thereof) with sufficient information so that such Credit Party (or any Affiliate thereof) may post Currency to such Loyalty Program Members’ accounts.

Loyalty Program Participant means (a) a financial institution or other Person that is a party to any card agreement with a Credit Party to offer credit cards to any Person incorporated in the United States or residing in the United States and/or to process transactions on such credit cards and (b) any other Person incorporated or organized and operating in the United States (other than other Air Carriers) (i) to which a Credit Party or any of its Affiliates sells, leases or otherwise transfers Currency in connection with any Carrier Collateral Loyalty Program, including co-branded card, hotel and car rental partners, (ii) that provides goods, services or other consideration to Loyalty Program Members in exchange for, or redemption of, Currency or (iii) that, in connection with the provision of goods, services or other consideration by such Person to Loyalty Program Members or the use of the services of such Person by Loyalty Program Members, such Person offers Currency to such Loyalty Program Members or provides any Credit Party (or any Affiliate thereof) with sufficient information so that such Credit Party (or any Affiliate thereof) may post Currency to such Loyalty Program Members’ accounts.

Examples of Loyalty Program Participant in a sentence

  • If a Participant wishes to terminate its registration and account for the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program, Participant may do so at any time by sending an email to Just_Ask_Us@Carhartt.com that includes Participant’s electronic mail address and specifies to which account the termination applies.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.

  • CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Covered Participant means a Participant who is a “covered employee” as defined in Section 162(m)(3) of the Code, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and any individual the Committee determines should be treated as such a covered employee.

  • Terminated Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but whose employment has been terminated other than by death, Total and Permanent Disability or retirement.

  • Designated Participant means such employees or officers of the Company or a related entity of the Company as the Board may designate from time to time as eligible to participate in the Plan;

  • Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Active Participant means, with respect to any day or date, a Participant who is in Service on such day or date; provided, that a Participant shall cease to be an Active Participant (i) immediately upon a determination by the Committee that the Participant has ceased to be an Employee or Independent Contractor, or (ii) at the end of the Plan Year that the Committee determines the Participant no longer meets the eligibility requirements of the Plan.

  • Current Participant means a person who participated in the Plan during the Class Period and had an Active Account on May 11, 2018.

  • Employee Participant means an Employee who holds an outstanding Award under the terms of the Plan.

  • Eligible Executive means any employee of the Company or an Affiliate of the Company who (i) is designated by the Committee as an “Eligible Executive” who is eligible to participate in the Plan; (ii) has executed and returned a Participation Agreement to the Company; (iii) is not covered under any other severance plan, policy, program or arrangement sponsored or maintained by the Company or any of its Affiliates; and (iv) is not a party to an employment or severance agreement with the Company or any of its Affiliates pursuant to which such employee is eligible for severance payments or benefits. The Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether an employee is an Eligible Executive. Eligible Executives shall be limited to a select group of management or highly compensated employees within the meaning of Sections 201, 301 and 401 of ERISA.

  • Participating public employer means a public employer as defined in ORS 238.005 that

  • Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and
