LTARV definition

LTARV means, with respect to any Purchased Loan, as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the original principal balance of the related Mortgage Loan (including any related Holdback Amount) as of such date of determination to (ii) the ARV of the Mortgaged Property securing such Purchased Loan as of such date of determination.
