LUDS Start Date definition

LUDS Start Date has the meaning given in clause 5.3.5; “Mandate” a direct debit or other continuous authority mandate (including direct debit, debit card or credit card) authorising the payment to us of sums of money; “Manual-Top-Up” the method of payment which requires you to manually top-up your Account Balance; "Merseyflow Scheme" the free flow tolling scheme on the Mersey Gateway Bridge and Silver Jubilee Bridge authorised by the Charging Orders "Minimum Balance Threshold" the minimum balance threshold set by you in accordance with clause 2.7.5.1;

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation.   • Start-up period means up to a maximum of 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age-range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Investment Start Date : means 19 November 2021 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
