Machine Code definition

Machine Code means code resulting from the translation or processing of source code by a computer into a form that would not be convenient for human understanding of the program logic, but which is appropriate for execution or interpretation by a Device.
Machine Code means all code provided for a Machine (including, without limitation, a Machine’s firmware and microcode), excluding code that is licensed under a license agreement other than the terms of this Agreement governing the use of Machine Code. The term “Machine Code” specifically includes any whole or partial copy of Machine Code, and any fix, patch, or replacement provided for Machine Code.
Machine Code means the string that is used to identify the Machine. The HSC creates the code automatically when Software Product is installed. However, the Machine Code may be needed in the offline activation.

Examples of Machine Code in a sentence

  • End User’s use of Machine Code on a Product is governed by the terms of the applicable Lenovo License Agreement, which is available on or through Lenovo’s support website at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/, or otherwise will be provided upon request.

  • Regardless of the source from which End User acquires a Product, the Machine Code shall be subject to the terms of the license agreement included with the relevant Product.


More Definitions of Machine Code

Machine Code means computer programs or program modules assembled or compiled in binary form on software media that are readable and usable by machines, but not generally readable by humans without reverse-assembly, reverse-compiling, or reverse-engineering techniques.
Machine Code means Machine Code as that term is defined in the IBM License for Machine code.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
