Maintenance and Support Agreement definition

Maintenance and Support Agreement means the terms and conditions governing the provision of maintenance and support services to all of our customers. A copy of our current Maintenance and Support Agreement is attached as Exhibit C.

Maintenance and Support Agreement means an agreement between the parties setting forth the terms and conditions by which the Licensor will support and maintain the Software.

Maintenance and Support Agreement means the Maintenance and Support Agreement referred to herein in Section 4.2 and attached hereto as Attachment III as the same shall be changed and modified from time to time or any other similar agreement that provides for the rendition of Technical and Support Services, other services or modifications, improvements, new versions and new releases relative to the WRT Intellectual Property Rights and RoninCast™ Technology.

Examples of Maintenance and Support Agreement in a sentence

• We warrant that the Tyler Software will be without Defect(s) as long as you have a Maintenance and Support Agreement in effect.

• If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.

• If you have purchased ongoing maintenance and support services, and continue to make timely payments for them according to our Invoicing and Payment Policy, we will provide you with maintenance and support services for the Tyler Software under the terms of our standard Maintenance and Support Agreement.

• If you have opted not to purchase ongoing maintenance and support services for the Tyler Software, the Maintenance and Support Agreement does not apply to you.

• You may still report Defects to us as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance and Support Agreement

Maintenance and Support Agreement means the system maintenance and support agreement that may be entered into by the parties concurrently herewith, as the same may be amended, renewed, extended, or reinstated from time to time.

Maintenance and Support Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

Maintenance and Support Agreement means a Maintenance and Support Agreement to be agreed and entered into between the Parties, reflecting at a minimum the agreed principles set forth in Exhibit 2.
