Maintenance and Support Contracts definition

Maintenance and Support Contracts means the contracts pursuant to which, prior to the Closing Date, Seller has obligations to provide maintenance and support to its customers.
Maintenance and Support Contracts shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.3(c).
Maintenance and Support Contracts means the Software Maintenance Contracts and Hardware Maintenance Contracts, respectively.
