Maintenance and Support Phase definition

Maintenance and Support Phase means the period from the end of PBU until the end of the maintenance and support period of the Project;

  • The Maintenance and Support Phase includes the option for continued maintenance and support for up to seven additional years; the cost for Maintenance and Support years shall not be included in the Total System Cost above, since these services are optional.

  • The Maintenance and Support Phase will run for a period of five years after the date of Go-Live.

  • The penalties applicable for Maintenance and Support Phase of the project shall be on the payment associated with the Maintenance and Support Phase as mentioned in the Payment Schedule of the RFQ, and shall be calculated quarterly.

  • This shall include services provided during the Maintenance and Support Phase described in the SCOPE OF WORK (ATTACHMENT B).

  • The Bidder shall comply with the SLAs to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality and availability of services throughout the duration of the Contract, i.e., during the Maintenance and Support Phase.

Related to Maintenance and Support Phase

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Program means a maintenance program for the Aircraft approved by the Aviation Authority, in conformity with the Maintenance Planning Document.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Maintenance agreement means a contract of limited duration

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
