Maintenance and Support Phase definition

Maintenance and Support Phase means the period from the end of PBU until the end of the maintenance and support period of the Project;

Examples of Maintenance and Support Phase in a sentence

• The Maintenance and Support Phase includes the option for continued maintenance and support for up to seven additional years; the cost for Maintenance and Support years shall not be included in the Total System Cost above, since these services are optional.

• The maintenance period will reflect a “single integrated team” that consists of Contractor and DTMB personnel under the direction of DTMB.The Contractor will provide the activities and deliverables for the Maintenance and Support Phase that includes, but is not limited to the following:1.

• During all Maintenance and Support Phase Years:1) The Contractor shall provide system maintenance, e.g. upgrades, enhancements and new releases, etc., and technical support for all products/services provided.

• During this Phase the Contractor will provide all support level services, upgrades, and system enhancements outlined in the Maintenance and Support Phase, Section A.110.b through A.110.g below which includes the daily operations of the System.

• The Maintenance and Support Phase of the Project includes all of the Warranty Service provisions described in Section E.29.

• The objective of the Maintenance and Support Phase is to provide a high level of initial support to expedite ORS/DoIt’s “learning curve” and appropriate levels of technical support to identify and correct system problems not discovered during Acceptance Test in order to quickly mature the fielded system and to minimize the time required for staff to achieve the full benefit of system capabilities.

• The Maintenance and Support Phase will run for a period of five years after the date of Go-Live.

• The penalties applicable for Maintenance and Support Phase of the project shall be on the payment associated with the Maintenance and Support Phase as mentioned in the Payment Schedule of the RFQ, and shall be calculated quarterly.

• This shall include services provided during the Maintenance and Support Phase described in the SCOPE OF WORK (ATTACHMENT B).

• The Bidder shall comply with the SLAs to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality and availability of services throughout the duration of the Contract, i.e., during the Maintenance and Support Phase.
