Maintenance Assets definition

Maintenance Assets means such assets including the equipment, plant and machinery of the Facility Manager deployed at the Station Area and as set out in the Station Asset Register, for the purposes of undertaking the facility maintenance of the Station Area (and the Station Project Utilities and Station Assets thereat), which shall include the equipment specified in Annexure 1 of Schedule 2 (Scope of SFM Project);
Maintenance Assets means those tangible and intangible assets of Buyer used in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Fiber Ring Assets as will be necessary or usable in the performance of its obligations under the Maintenance Agreement.

  • All such machinery, equipment and personal property set forth in Exhibit B, together with the Buyer Intellectual Property and the Maintenance Assets, constitutes all of the assets necessary to operate the Fiber Ring Assets as presently conducted by Buyer (other than franchises, licenses, permits and other approvals).

  • On or prior to the expiry of this Agreement, the Facility Manager shall remove or cause to be removed all the assets, equipment, plant and machinery, including the Maintenance Assets, not forming part of the Assets or Project Utilities, which have been brought on to the Station Area by the Facility Manager or its Sub-Contractors for undertaking the obligations under this Agreement.

  • Upon acquisition of the Equipment Maintenance Assets by the Company, the business operations and management of the Cooperation Equipment Maintenance Centre will be integrated with the Group, therefore the utilization of capital assets and human resources of the Cooperation Equipment Maintenance Centre will be optimized, which in turn, will lead to (i) improved efficiency in repair and maintenance services for equipment and systems of the Company and (ii) reduced costs of production.

Related to Maintenance Assets

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Agency means the Builder or any association, society, company, body or committee formed/appointed by the Builder for the Common Purposes.

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.

For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the addition or improvement to the capital assets owned by any Group Member or for the acquisition of existing, or the construction of new, capital assets) if such expenditures are made to maintain, including over the long term, the operating capacity or revenues of the Partnership Group.
