  • Contractor Default shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 23.1;

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Customer Default has the meaning set out in clause 8.3.

  • Critical Service Failure shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form;

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Debt Service Requirement means, as of any date of calculation with respect to the Bonds, the sum of (i) all interest due or to become due on such date on all Outstanding Bonds plus (ii) all Principal Installments due or to become due on such date on all Outstanding Bonds or, if no Principal Installment is due and payable on such date on any Outstanding Bonds, one- half of the Principal Installments, if any, due and payable on all Outstanding Bonds on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Debt Service Requirements means the aggregate principal payments (whether at maturity or pursuant to scheduled mandatory sinking fund redemption requirements) and interest payments on the Bonds for the period of time for which calculated; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating such amount, principal and interest shall be excluded from the determination of Debt Service Requirements to the extent that such principal or interest is payable from amounts deposited in trust, escrowed or otherwise set aside for the payment thereof with the Paying Agent or other commercial bank or trust company located in the State and having full trust powers.

  • Landlord Default shall have the meaning given such term in Article 14.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.
