Maintenance Event definition

Maintenance Event means scheduled and emergency maintenance by the Service Provider to maintain, update or enhance software;
Maintenance Event means maintenance of the Software Service, installation of updates and/or making modifications to the Software Service that in each case requires interruption of the Software Service;
Maintenance Event means an event, occurrence or circumstance causing the need for Maintenance Repairs of any assets located at a Covered Facility for which LAEP or a Project SPE is responsible pursuant to, and subject to the terms and conditions of, an Ancillary Agreement, including to conform to Applicable Legal Requirements or Applicable Standards.

  • If Frontier and Partner are unable to agree whether an Extraordinary Maintenance Event occurred or the costs associated with addressing the Extraordinary Maintenance Event, the parties agree to use an independent arbitrator with expertise in aviation maintenance to resolve the dispute.

  • No Reimbursement Claim may be submitted after the redelivery of the Aircraft except for any Reimbursement Claim for which (i) an invoice remains outstanding for the Major Maintenance Event at such time, and (ii) Lessee has notified Lessor in writing prior such redelivery of any such outstanding invoice, and (iii) Lessee has notified Lessor in writing prior the redelivery of the Aircraft of the nature and estimated cost of the Major Maintenance Event.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Connaught is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.
