Maintenance Reserve definition

Maintenance Reserve means the reserves maintained by Borrower to cover maintenance expense and restoration or other capital expenditures relating to the REO Properties and funded monthly in an amount not less than $500 per REO Property or in such other amount consented to by Agent.
Maintenance Reserve has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Maintenance Reserve is defined in clause (c) of Section 7.04.
