Major Application definition

Major Application means an application for planning permission or planning permission in principle for a development within the category of Major developments as defined in the hierarchy of Development. This shall include all Major applications made under section 42 of the Act and all applications for Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions in relation to a Major development.
