Processing Applications. Provider shall use reasonable commercial efforts to process Applications in a timely manner in accordance with industry standards. Provider shall establish criteria and fees relating to Program services in Provider’s sole discretion, subject to the rights of the parties under this Agreement.

Processing Applications. HPS shall process applications for coverage under the Policy pursuant to the written guidelines that Provident provides to HPS in accordance with this Agreement.
Processing Applications. The 190th Full Time Xxxxxxx (FTM) will insure only applications received no later than the closing date and time as indicated on the job vacancy announcement will be forwarded for consideration to HRO. HRO will determine which applicants meet the basic requirements.

Provider shall disburse RTs and tax refunds to Customers in accordance with the terms set forth in the RT agreements executed by Customers.
Processing Applications. Merchant agrees:
a) to process all credit applications in accordance with the Agreement and the Operating Instructions,
b) to provide its locations and sales, finance and contact employees with the necessary equipment to process credit applications in accordance with the Agreement and the Operating Instructions,
c) to use only the form of, or modes of transmission for, credit applications, work orders or other materials in accordance with the Operating Instructions,
d) to provide all information required by AmeriFirst from time to time for approval of credit applications by telephone or other electronic transmission,
e) in the event that AmeriFirst provides Merchant with an Internet address to process credit applications, it will be an address on a commercial site on the World Wide Web portion of the Internet accessible by Merchant. AmeriFirst shall own, manage and maintain such Internet site. AmeriFirst retains all right, title and interest in to the Internet site and Merchant's only rights to the Internet application is to use it in connection with its communications with AmeriFirst. In addition, Merchant may, with a Buyer's prior written consent, perform the following on behalf of the Buyer:
a) submit a completed credit application to AmeriFirst by such means as set forth in the Operating Instructions; and receive, and
b) provide Finance Documents to the buyer. Merchant shall with respect to each credit application:
a) ensure all information requested on the credit application is complete and legible;
b) obtain the signature or e-signature, as applicable, on the credit application of all prospective Buyers;
c) provide the applicant the initial disclosures at the time of signing the credit application;
d) verify the identification of the individuals applying for credit, which verification shall include obtaining a driver's license and social security number or another identification method authorized in the Operating Instructions as well as compliance with any and all Federal identification procedures peculiarly associated with the purchase.
Processing Applications. The HRO will evaluate the application to determine that the applicant meets the basic qualifications of the advertised position. KSA’s are used in the rating and ranking process - not to determine basic eligibility.
a. The Human Resource Office will ascertain that only applications that are received as described in Section 9d above are forwarded for consideration.
b. If there are seven (7) or more qualified applicants, the HRO will appoint a rating panel for the purpose of rating the candidates to determine the best qualified candidates. If there are less than seven (7) applicants, the HRO will provide the selecting official with the applications and selection certificate for evaluation.
Processing Applications. The steps involved with an application for funding and/or financing: - Open the file with the MRC Xxxxxxx’s AEQ service - Verify the entrepreneur and project’s admissibility - Draw up the business and financial plans - Establish a possible amount of the subsidy - Analysis of the file by the MRC Xxxxxxx - Presentation of the file to the MRC Investment Committee - Decision by the Investment Committee and recommendation to the MRC Council - MRC Council decision - The proponent is informed of the decision after the Regional Council meeting - Contract signing by the promoter with the MRC - Follow-ups by the MRC Xxxxxxx and submit the invoices and proof of payment to the MRC Pontiac. All financial requests are processed according to the provisions stipulated in the MRC Investment Committee’s Code of Ethics as well as the participants implicated in the file processing.
Processing Applications a. Applications will be processed in accordance with the Merit Placement and Promotion Plan, (NE TPR 335).
b. Applications must be received by the closing date indicated on the vacancy announcement or it will not be considered. Applications will not be supplemented or modified after the closing date.
c. After the closing date, USA Staffing will determine whether the applicants meet basic eligibility requirements specified in the job announcements.
d. All applications will be reviewed by XXXX HRO for completeness and to verify qualification status.
Processing Applications.
a. The Human Resource Office will ascertain that only applications that are postmarked on or before the closing date are accepted.
b. Applications for bargaining unit positions will be evaluated against the basic qualifications for the position as stated in the job opportunity bulletin. KSA’s are used in the rating and ranking process - not to determine basic eligibility. The evaluation will be a fair and objective process conducted by the HRO staff.
c. If there are six,(6),or more qualified area one,(1), applicants, the Human Resource Office will appoint a rating panel for the purpose of rating the area 1 candidates to determine the best qualified candidates. If there are less than six,(6) area one applicants, the Human Resource Office will provide the selecting official with the complete applications for each area one, (1), candidate and the referral/selection certificate; the selecting official will then perform the duties of rating and ranking.
