Major Planned Maintenance definition

Major Planned Maintenance means Planned Maintenance that interrupts or reduces the availability of the Contract Capacity or the Storage Capacity, the operation of the Generating Facility or the Storage Facility, or the physical deliverability of the Contract Energy or the Storage Energy at the Injection Point or the deliverability of the other Products at the OP Delivery Point by more than ten percent (10%) of the Final Capacity or ten percent (10%) of the Storage Final Capacity, as applicable.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
