Major program means a Federal pro- gram determined by the auditor to be a major program in accordance with§ 200.518 Major program determination or a program identified as a major pro- gram by a Federal awarding agency or pass-through entity in accordance with§ 200.503 Relation to other audit re- quirements, paragraph (e).
A cluster of pro- grams must be considered as one pro- gram for determining major programs, as described in § 200.518 Major program determination, and, with the exception of R&D as described in § 200.501 Audit requirements, paragraph (c), whether a program-specific audit may be elected.
Major program revenues include local property taxes, state funding under the Foundation School Program, and interest earnings.
In case of discrepancy between the calculation of the Annual Concession Fee Percentage and the Offered Annual Concession Fee Amount, the latter shall prevail.
