None of the Major Suppliers has notified the Company or any of its subsidiaries in writing that it is (or is considering) (i) canceling or terminating its relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or (ii) materially and adversely modifying its relationship with the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Seller shall include this requirement in all subcontracts with its Major Suppliers.
