Majority Owners definition

Majority Owners means the Owners of at least 51% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds Outstanding.
Majority Owners means the Beneficial Owners of more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds of a Series then Outstanding or all of the Bonds then Outstanding, as applicable in the context within which such reference is made.

More Definitions of Majority Owners

Majority Owners means the Beneficial Owners of more than fifty percent (50%) in principal amount of the Outstanding Series 2024 Bonds.
