Majority Owners definition

Majority Owners means the Owners of at least 51% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds Outstanding.
Majority Owners means the Beneficial Owners of more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds of a Series then Outstanding or all of the Bonds then Outstanding, as applicable in the context within which such reference is made.
Majority Owners means the Holders who own a majority of the voting rights of the Certificates as determined as set forth in Section 3.06.

Majority Owners. The Owner or Owners of Class A Certificates evidencing Percentage Interests in excess of 51% in the aggregate.
