  • The gains (or losses) on and the costs of the relevant financial instruments will, however, accrue solely to the relevant Class of Units of the Sub-Fund.

Related to Class of Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
