Managed Elements definition

Managed Elements means any combination of Nodes, Ports and/or Processors.
Managed Elements means any combination of Nodes, Ports, and/or Processors licensed for use of the Programs. “Nodes” means any number of the following: layer 3 switches, layer 2 switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, wireless access points, wireless access controller, and WAN optimizers, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Nodes used as part of redundant standby network. The node can be a physical entity or a virtual entity. “Port” shall mean the total number of physical ports on leaf switches, as well as fabric extenders, all within a Cisco ACI deployment. “Processor” shall mean a single, physical chip that houses a central processing unit (CPU) that can execute computer programs.

  • The Quality Assurance Copy shall be limited to a certain number of Concurrent Seats and Managed Elements as determined by NetBrain.

  • In an effort to improve and ensure full utilization of the Programs, NetBrain reserves the right to monitor and collect and use utilization-related information of Customer, such as, but not limited to, percentage (%) of Managed Elements used, no.

  • Customer must use the Managed Elements according to their applicable licenses, specifications and documentation (e.g. do not exceed available capacity on a Managed Element).

  • In fact, ACSs are established from Managed Elements (MEs) whose behaviors are controlled by Autonomic Managers (AMs).

  • The types of monitoring is dependent on the TOE components installed on the Orion Servers, and may include nodes, interfaces, servers, applications, IP address space, network flows, and SLAs.Performance monitoring is performed by sending ICMP and/or SNMP messages to the Managed Elements to determine configuration information and retrieve status and statistics information (FNM_MDC.1).

  • Cisco reserves the right to charge Customer the equivalent support and maintenance fee for those Managed Elements that are not covered, or may reduce the Services (e.g., Cisco will not install updates, submit requests for hardware replacement, etc.) for those Managed Elements that do not have a valid Cisco support and maintenance agreement.

  • The basic idea follows the propo- sition that the isolation guarantee offered by a Data Center for a particular application should be relative to the customer’s perceived risk of interrupted service as a result of another customer’s application and allo- cated Managed Elements failing or acting maliciously.

  • In accordance with the most current version of NetBrain’s Privacy Policy (located at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy/), and in an effort to improve and ensure full utilization of the Programs, NetBrain reserves the right to monitor and collect and use utilization-related information of Customer, such as, but not limited to, percentage (%) of Managed Elements used, applicable system and resource versions, number of active users, and success rate of certain key features including updates.

The node can be a physical entity or a virtual entity. “Port” shall mean the total number of physical ports on leaf switches, as well as fabric extenders, all within a Cisco ACI deployment. “Processor” shall mean a single, physical chip that houses a central processing unit (CPU) that can execute computer programs. “VPC” shall mean a single virtual private cloud that serves an isolated virtual network within the AWS cloud. “VNET” shall mean a virtual network within the Azure cloud.

Related to Managed Elements

  • Managed Assets means the total assets of the Trust minus the sum of the accrued liabilities (other than the aggregate indebtedness constituting financial leverage). For any period less than a month during which this Agreement is in effect, the fee shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to a full month of 28, 29, 30 or 31 days, as the case may be.

  • Nonguaranteed elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, non-interest-based credits, charges or elements of formulas used to determine any of these elements, that are subject to company discretion and are not guaranteed at issue. An element is considered nonguaranteed if any of the underlying nonguaranteed elements are used in its calculation.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Guaranteed elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, non-interest-based credits, charges, or elements of formulas used to determine any of these elements, that are guaranteed and determined at issue. An element is considered guaranteed if all of the underlying elements that go into its calculation are guaranteed.

  • Non-participating private hospital means a hospital that does not have a hospital purchaser provider agreement with Latrobe. (If you use a non-participating private hospital you may incur a large out-of- pocket expense.)

  • Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Non-Guaranteed Elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, dividends, non-interest based credits, charges or elements of formulas used to determine any of these, that are subject to company discretion and are not guaranteed at issue. An element is considered non-guaranteed if any of the underlying non-guaranteed elements are used in its calculation.

  • Non-Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that does not meet the definition of a Participating Hospital.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Covered Project means and includes any project which consists of one or more of the following:

  • Non-Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.

  • Non-Plan Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Plan Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Apprenticeship sponsor means an entity operating an apprenticeship program or in whose name an apprenticeship program is being operated, registered or approved by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Campground means that term as defined in section 12501 of the public health code, Act No. 368 of the Public Acts of 1978, being section 333.12501 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, except that campground does not include land or sites operated by this state or the federal government, and does not include a membership campground.
