Managed Elements definition

Managed Elements means any combination of Nodes, Ports and/or Processors.
Managed Elements means any combination of Nodes, Ports and/or Processors licensed for use of the Programs. “Nodes” means any number of the following: layer 3 switches, layer 2 switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, wireless access points, wireless access controller, and WAN optimizers, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Nodes used as part of redundant standby network. The node can be a physical entity or a virtual entity. “Port” shall mean the total number of physical ports on leaf-and spine switches, as well as fabric extenders, all within a Cisco ACI deployment. “Processor” shall mean a single, physical chip that houses a central processing unit (CPU) that can execute computer programs.

Examples of Managed Elements in a sentence

  • The number of Concurrent Seat(s) and/or Managed Elements initially authorized hereunder is set forth on the relevant Order.

  • The Quality Assurance Copy shall be limited to a certain number of Concurrent Seats and Managed Elements as determined by NetBrain.

  • The Backup Copy may not be used (i) concurrently with Customer’s License that is utilized in active production, (ii) to discover additional Managed Elements currently in active production or on a redundant network that is in standby mode, or (iii) to augment the number of Concurrent Seats at any given time.

  • If Customer fails to implement any reasonably requested Cisco recommendations or requirements, or fails to allow Cisco to make reasonably recommended Changes with respect to the Managed Elements or the Services, Cisco shall have no responsibility for any resulting delays, failure(s), or increased security risks with respect to the performance of the Managed Elements or Services.

  • Maintenance Services on additional Nodes and Concurrent Seats added to Customer’s authorized quantity shall be co-termed with the then-current Maintenance Services on existing Managed Elements and Concurrent Seats such that all Maintenance Services expire at the same time.

  • The Quality Assurance Copy shall be limited to a specified number of Concurrent Seats and Managed Elements as determined by NetBrain in an Order.

  • The basic idea follows the propo- sition that the isolation guarantee offered by a Data Center for a particular application should be relative to the customer’s perceived risk of interrupted service as a result of another customer’s application and allo- cated Managed Elements failing or acting maliciously.

Related to Managed Elements

  • Managed Assets means the Fund’s net assets, including assets attributable to any principal amount of any borrowings (including the issuance of commercial paper or notes) or preferred shares outstanding. For the avoidance of doubt, assets attributable to borrowings includes the portion of the Fund’s assets in a tender option bond trust of which the Fund owns the residual interest (without regard to the value of the residual interest to avoid double counting).

  • Nonguaranteed elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, non-interest-based credits, charges or elements of formulas used to determine any of these elements, that are subject to company discretion and are not guaranteed at issue. An element is considered nonguaranteed if any of the underlying nonguaranteed elements are used in its calculation.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Guaranteed elements means the premiums, benefits, values, credits or charges under a policy of life insurance that are guaranteed and determined at issue.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Managed Fund means those Funds, individually and collectively, for which the Portfolio Manager makes buy and sell decisions.

  • Non-participating private hospital means a hospital that does not have a hospital purchaser provider agreement with Latrobe. (If you use a non-participating private hospital you may incur a large out-of- pocket expense.)

  • Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Base flood elevation means the depth or peak eleva- tion of flooding, including wave height, which has a one percent or greater chance of occurring in any given year.

  • Non-Guaranteed Elements means the premiums, credited interest rates (including any bonus), benefits, values, dividends, non-interest based credits, charges or elements of formulas used to determine any of these, that are subject to company discretion and are not guaranteed at issue.   • Non-Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that does not meet the definition of a Participating Hospital.

  • Participating Retail Store means any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names that is authorised by Breville to sell Participating Products and has been invited by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion:

  • Non-Participating Provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or a facility which has not been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Covered Project means and includes any project which consists of one or more of the following:

  • Non-Participating Optometrist means an Optometrist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.

  • Non-Plan Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Plan Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Apprenticeship sponsor means an entity operating an apprenticeship program or an entity in whose name an apprenticeship program is being operated, which is registered with or approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
