Management Share Incentive Plan definition

Management Share Incentive Plan means the management share incentive plan contemplated under the Restructuring Agreement and duly adopted by the Company following approval at a meeting of the Company’s shareholders (if required by applicable Dutch law), covering five percent (5%) of the Company’s fully diluted Ordinary Shares immediately following the completion of the Restructuring.
Management Share Incentive Plan shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.4.
Management Share Incentive Plan means: the management share incentive plan to be adopted by the Company covering five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Company’s ordinary shares outstanding immediately following the completion of the Restructuring;
