Mandatory instruction definition

Mandatory instruction means an order issued by a public prosecutor to a lower ranked public prosecutor or to a deputy public prosecutor to undertake certain actions within their statutory competences.
Mandatory instruction means an obligation on an economic entity by an officer of fisheries control to implement, within a certain time limit, the requirements of laws or other legal acts regulating the exploitation of fish stocks or to take measures to avoid infringements of the laws and other legal acts regulating the exploitation of fish stocks or damage to the fish stocks or to reduce such damage, or to eliminate the consequences arising from infringements of the laws or other legal acts regulating the exploitation of fish stocks, or to implement measures for recovery of fish stocks. 211.
