Mandatory Service Bulletins means the mandatory service bulletins applicable to the Aircraft, which are issued by Embraer to implement the AD’s referred to under Article 11.4.

Examples of Mandatory Service Bulletins in a sentence

  • All Manufacturer's Mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives issued by the Relevant Aviation Authority and, in either case, applicable to the Aircraft, which are in force on the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease and which require termination within six months of the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease shall have been accomplished on the Aircraft.

  • Embraer shall not be liable for any delays resulting from incorporation of Mandatory Service Bulletins when the Aircraft has already passed the specific production stage affected by the incorporation of said change but Embraer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate such changes prior the Actual Delivery Date and to minimize any delays in delivery.
