Examples of Mandatory Service Bulletins in a sentence
All Manufacturer's Mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives issued by the Relevant Aviation Authority and, in either case, applicable to the Aircraft, which are in force on the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease and which require termination within six months of the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease shall have been accomplished on the Aircraft.
Embraer shall not be liable for any delays resulting from incorporation of Mandatory Service Bulletins when the Aircraft has already passed the specific production stage affected by the incorporation of said change but Embraer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate such changes prior the Actual Delivery Date and to minimize any delays in delivery.
In case an Airworthiness Directives, Alert or Mandatory Service Bulletins applicable to the leased aircraft with compliance date falling within the agreed period, it will be done on cost sharing basis.
A separate list of FAA ADs and Manufacturer's Mandatory Service Bulletins on the make and model of aircraft offered will be made available upon request, recording whether applicable or not and, if applicable, the date and airframe total time at compliance, method of compliance, next compliance due date if recurring, and authorized signature and number.
Embraer shall incorporate Mandatory Service Bulletins in undelivered Aircraft at Embraer’s expense in a reasonable period of time if the compliance time for such Mandatory Service Bulletins is before Contractual Delivery Date of such Aircraft.
Service bulletins that implement such AD’s shall be referred to as Mandatory Service Bulletins.
