Mandatory Service Bulletins definition

Mandatory Service Bulletins means the mandatory service bulletins applicable to the Aircraft, which are issued by Embraer to implement the AD’s referred to under Article 11.4.
Mandatory Service Bulletins whether capitalized or not, means all Service Bulletins identified as "mandatory" by the issuing Manufacturer or Supplier.

  • All Manufacturer's Mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives issued by the Relevant Aviation Authority and, in either case, applicable to the Aircraft, which are in force on the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease and which require termination within six months of the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease shall have been accomplished on the Aircraft.
