The Manta Ray system comprises approximately 225 miles of pipeline with a capacity of 750 million cubic feet ("MMcf") per day and related equipment, the Nautilus system comprises approximately 101 miles of pipeline with a capacity of 600 MMcf per day, and the Nemo system, when completed in the fourth quarter of 2001, will comprise approximately 24 miles of pipeline with a capacity of 300 MMcf per day.
