Manufactured Housing Park definition

Manufactured Housing Park means any place where four or more Manufactured Housing Dwelling Units are located within 500 feet of one another on a lot, tract or parcel of land under the same ownership, the primary purpose of which is to rent or lease space or keep space for rent or lease to any person for a charge or fee
Manufactured Housing Park means any place where four or more manufactured housing dwelling units are located within 500 feet of one another on a lot, tract or parcel of land under the same ownership, the primary purpose of which is to rent or lease space or keep space for rent or lease to any person for a charge or fee paid or to be paid for the rental or lease or use of facilities or to offer space free in connection with securing the trade or patronage of such person. Manufactured housing park does not include a lot or lots located within a subdivision being rented or leased for occupancy by no more than one manufactured housing dwelling unit per lot.
Manufactured Housing Park means a parcel of land designated for the temporary placement of manufactured homes, or mobile homes, including appurtenances, accessory buildings and parking. All land within the park is intended to be held in common ownership, with the individual home spaces rented to residents.

More Definitions of Manufactured Housing Park

Manufactured Housing Park means a parcel of land not less than five (5) acres nor greater than thirty-five (35) acres which is designed, improved, or intended to be used for short-term or long-term occupancy by manufactured or mobile homes, trailers and/or recreational vehicles (including travel trailers) in designated spaces. The facility may include a residence for the owner/manager of the premises, utility hookups, accessory structures, playgrounds and open space areas, fenced yard areas for pets, and other similar amenities.
Manufactured Housing Park means a tract or parcel of land upon which spaces for manufactured housing are provided for a consideration, whether for overnight, by the day, the week, the month or longer.

  • Manufactured housing means a structural unit or units designed for occupancy and constructed in a manufacturing facility and transported, by the use of its own chassis or an independent chassis, to a building site.
