Manufacturer’s Specifications definition

Manufacturer’s Specifications means specifications required and set out by the manufacturer of the vehicle as described in the vehicle’s manual. Rental Agreement is the agreement or contract between you and us for us to rent you the rental vehicle. Rental Charges means the costs, fees and charges described in the Rental Agreement and this document, payable in consideration.
Manufacturer’s Specifications means the specifications of the manufacturer of the vehicle as set out in the vehicle’s operations manual located in the glove box of the vehicle, or as otherwise specified by Xxxxx Xxxxxx Car Rental.

More Definitions of Manufacturer’s Specifications

Manufacturer’s Specifications means written guidelines established by a manufacturer for the installation and operation of the manufacturer’s equipment.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
