Manufacturing Development Expenses definition

Manufacturing Development Expenses means any costs incurred by a Party to a Third Party after the Effective Date for the Manufacturing Development.

A Party’s Manufacturing Development Expenses shall be determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles of the United States as consistently applied by such Party in the ordinary course of its business.
