Manufacturing Supply definition

Manufacturing Supply means the procurement, manufacturing, processing, sorting and conversion of materials into Products and the related packaging and delivery of such Products.

Examples of Manufacturing Supply in a sentence

  • Neither party shall use the name of the other in any promotional materials or advertising related to Licensed Products without the prior written consent of the other or as permitted by the Manufacturing, Supply and Distribution Agreements.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
