  • The Purchaser agrees to pay each Transferred Employee the amount of the bonus that the Purchaser determines would otherwise have been paid to such Transferred Employee under the terms of the Marconi AIP for service through March 31, 2004.

Such duties include, but are not limited to, making Contractors aware of Candidate placement opportunities, preliminary review of certain Candidate Response Forms, management of the centralized billing and payment function for Executive Agencies, monitoring M/WBE goal performance and conducting the annual evaluation of the Contractors.

  • NEO or “named executive officer” means each of the following individuals:

  • Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).

  • EPP means the Extensible Provisioning Protocol.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).

  • DOH means the department of health.

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
