Marijuana Research and Development Facility definition

Marijuana Research and Development Facility means a Person that is licensed pursuant to the Medical Code to possess Medical Marijuana for limited research purposes authorized pursuant to section 12-43.3-408, C.R.S. A Marijuana Research and Development Facility is a Licensed Research Business.
Marijuana Research and Development Facility means a Person that is licensed pursuant to the Marijuana Code to grow, cultivate, manufacture, and possess Medical Marijuana, and to Transfer Medical Marijuana to another Marijuana Research and Development Facility all for limited research purposes authorized pursuant to section 44-10-507, C.R.S.
Marijuana Research and Development Facility means a Person that is licensed pursuant to the Medical Code to possess Medical Marijuana for limited research purposes authorized pursuant to section 12-43.3-407, C.R.S.

Examples of Marijuana Research and Development Facility in a sentence

  • A Marijuana Research and Development Facility that has obtained an R&D Co-Location Permit pursuant to Rule 5- 705(C) may share a single Licensed Premises and operate at the same location as another Regulated Marijuana Business to the extent permitted by the R&D Co-Location Permit and otherwise in compliance with all applicable rules.

  • Refer to "Safety and Handling Manual for 2-Ethylhexyl Nitrate" for furtherSection 7.

  • A Marijuana Research and Development Facility that has obtained an R&D Co-Location Permit pursuant to Rule 5- 705(BC) may share a single Licensed Premises and operate at the same location as another Regulated Marijuana Business to the extent permitted by the R&D Co-Location Permit and otherwise in compliance with all applicable rules.

  • An Accelerator Store shall not Transfer any Retail Marijuana to a Pesticide Manufacturer or a Marijuana Research and Development Facility.

  • A Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility may Transfer Medical Marijuana and Physical Separation-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate to another Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility, a Medical Marijuana Store, a Medical Marijuana Products Manufacturer, a Medical Marijuana Testing Facility, a Marijuana Research and Development Facility, or a Pesticide Manufacturer.

  • Any Marijuana Research and Development Facility conducting research as part of an approved Research Project involving human subjects shall comply with all packaging and labeling requirements that are applicable to a Medical Marijuana Store prior to Transfer to a patient, unless the Marijuana Research and Development Facility requests and receives in advance a waiver of specific packaging or labeling requirements in connection with the approved Research Project.

  • The packaging and labeling requirements in these 3-1000 Series Rules also apply to any Transfer of Regulated Marijuana, Regulated Marijuana Concentrate, or Regulated Marijuana Product to a Pesticide Manufacturer or a Marijuana Research and Development Facility.

  • A Marijuana Research and Development Facility and a Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility are subject to the same restrictions concerning Medical Marijuana Concentrate production.

  • A Marijuana Research and Development Facility may share a Licensed Premises with a commonly owned Medical Marijuana Testing Facility.

  • Nothing in this Rule prevents a Marijuana Research and Development Facility from transporting its own Medical Marijuana to other Marijuana Research and Development Facilities.

Related to Marijuana Research and Development Facility

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • land development application means the application for a land development permit on a form provided by [local jurisdiction] along with the supporting documentation required in Section [Y]-10(a).

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Public research university means Rutgers, The State University

  • scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;

  • Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development begins to be carried out other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations, investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying of services, erection of any temporary means of enclosure, the temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means: (i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or (ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
