Maritime Link definition

Maritime Link means the transmission project which includes two 170-km sub-sea cables between the island of Newfoundland and the Province of Nova Scotia, developed by NSP Maritime Link Inc.;
Maritime Link means the transmission facilities to be constructed between the Island Interconnected System and the transmission system in NS in accordance with the Maritime Link Joint Development Agreement;
Maritime Link or “ML” means the transmission facilities to be constructed between the Island Interconnected System and the NS Transmission System in accordance with the ML-JDA;

  • If any of the assets or arrangements contemplated by the Formal Agreements held by Emera or any Affiliate of Emera become beneficially owned or beneficially Controlled by any government or government-Controlled electrical utility competitor of Nalcor, Nalcor shall have the option to acquire ownership of the Maritime Link.

  • If Nalcor gives Notice to Emera of Nalcor’s exercise of such option, the Parties shall negotiate and enter into an agreement containing the terms and conditions upon which the Maritime Link shall be transferred to Nalcor.

Maritime Link or “NSP Maritime Link Inc.” means NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, a wholly owned direct subsidiary of ENL incorporated under the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador that is developing the Maritime Link Project;

Maritime Link or “ML” means the transmission facilities to be constructed in accordance with the Maritime Link Joint Development Agreement to transmit Energy and Capacity between the Island Interconnected System and the NS Transmission System; “Maritime Link (Emera) Transmission Service Agreement” or “ML (Emera) TSA” means the agreement dated July 31, 2012 between Emera and an Affiliate of Emera relating to the Transmission Rights of an Affiliate of Emera in respect of the Nova Scotia Block;
Maritime Link or “ML” has the meaning set forth in the ML-JDA;
Maritime Link or “ML” means the transmission facilities to be constructed between the Island Interconnected System and the NS Transmission System in accordance with the Maritime Link-Joint Development Agreement;
