Master Plan Area definition

Master Plan Area means a specified portion of the Planned Community, which shall be developed in logical sequence as determined by the Master Developer and the City as identified in the Master Plan by land use.
Master Plan Area means the area covered by Master Plan prepared and approved for any urban area in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959(Act no. 35 of 1959), Jaipur development Authority Act, 1982 (Act No. 25 of 1982);
Master Plan Area means any area notified for development by the State Government from time to time covering town/ towns and their adjacent outgrowths.

  • Plan Area means the geographic area analyzed in the HCP/NCCP, located in the eastern portion of Contra Costa County, as depicted in Figure 1-1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is further described in detail in Chapter 1.2.1 of the HCP/NCCP. The Plan Area is also referred to as the “Inventory Area” in the HCP/NCCP.

  • Numbering Plan Area (“NPA”) (sometimes referred to as an area code) is the three- digit indicator which is designated by the first three digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes.
