Material Leased Property definition

Material Leased Property means all real estate leasehold properties of any Warnaco Entity other than those with respect to which the aggregate rental payments under the term of the lease in any year are less than U.S.$2,000,000.

More Definitions of Material Leased Property

Material Leased Property means each quarry, mine, reserve or other site and the improvements thereto in which a Grantor has a leasehold interest and which (a) with respect to any such real property that is acquired by a Grantor after the Closing Date, is expected to generate in excess of $5,000,000 in revenue for the 12-month period commencing on the date the acquisition is consummated or (b) otherwise, has generated in excess of $5,000,000 of the revenue reflected in the last audited financial statements delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a).
Material Leased Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.20(b).
Material Leased Property means any real property leased or licensed by any Loan Party that (a) is the headquarters or principal place of business of any Loan Party or (b) is a headend site, switch site or such other location, in each case, the loss of which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Change.
Material Leased Property means any single parcel, or adjacent or related parcels, of real property leased (or similarly held, but excluding any Real Estate Asset) by any Credit Party where assets that constitute, or are intended under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents to constitute, Collateral with an aggregate fair market value (as reasonably determined by the Borrower) amount in excess of $5,000,000 are at any time located.
Material Leased Property means those certain parcels of Leased Property leased by a member of the Seller Group (as tenant) pursuant to the Material Leases.
Material Leased Property means real property leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary with respect to which such property lease (i) has more than twelve (12) months remaining in the lease term and (ii) requires the Borrower or any Subsidiary to make lease payments in excess of $500,000 in any year or $1,000,000 in the aggregate over the remaining term of such lease.
Material Leased Property means all real estate leasehold properties of any Loan Party other than those (a) with respect to which the aggregate rental payments under the term of the lease in any year are less than $1,000,000 or (b) that relate to a site the loss of which would not otherwise have a material adverse effect on the production, distribution or sales of Group and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, or in any material geographic region where business is conducted at any time by Group and its Subsidiaries.
