Materials Development definition

Materials Development means the exploration, identification and development, pursuant to a Statement of Work, of (i) new or improved OLED Chemicals, including variants of existing OLED Chemicals; (ii) Synthetic Pathways for making such OLED Chemicals; and (iii) analytical methodologies, data and data analyses for characterizing such OLED Chemicals.
